Happy Thanksgiving to all. :D
do any of you have something special to be thankful for?
do any of you have special thanksgiving traditions?
I'm always very thankful to have a wonderful family and some really great friends.
One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is that my hubby cooks the turkey outside on the Weber Kettle. It gives it a wonderful smokey flavor. He cooks it without the stuffing in it and I bake the stuffing in a pan in the oven. I love the holiday get together and enjoy all my family.

Hi Sandra and a happy Thanksgiving day to you and fallow Americans, don’t know much about Thanksgiving day Sandra we don’t have it in Australia but it sounds like it’s a unique opportunity for Americans to celebrate and give honour, respect, thankfulness and gratitude towards our fellow man that have made you the great nation you are. :) :) ;)

Now it is a holiday tradition where people get together for a big family meal.
Most of the time it is grandparents and parents and children and aunts and uncles and we prepare a feast of turkey and sometimes other meats and stuffing and gravy and mashed potatoes and green bean casseroles and jello salads and regular salads sweet potatoes and dinner rolls and cranberry sauce and for dessert have at least pumpkin pie and usually several other desserts.
Thank you Sandra now I understand thanksgiving a bit better have a fantastic day with you family.
I know it’s little early but want to wish you and your family a very merry Xmas and most important a healthy new year.

Some of those recipes look great but I'll need to see if I can find something similar for some of the ingredients like copha, I looked it up and I don't think they sell it here.
I really did have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
